Interagency Youth Resiliency Team (San Bernardino County)

The Interagency Youth Resiliency Team is a mentoring program that provides skills for youth to develop permanency readiness, sustain positive relations and resolve grief, loss and trauma as youth “age out” of the foster or juvenile system. The program also provides training to providers and professionals in the field to improve service delivery for youth in San Bernardino’s foster care and probation systems.
