Butter Paddle Volunteers Host Kids Party

Children from Residential Cottages Join in Holiday Festivities

Volunteers from the Butter Paddle held their annual holiday party this December
for children and families from the residential cottages and the Foster Care and
Adoption program. The Butter Paddle is a store in Los Gatos run by volunteers in
one of the auxiliaries of EMQ FamiliesFirst.

Festivities included a catered meal by Tac-Go’s of San Jose, karaoke, gift baskets and holiday crafts. Thank you to all volunteers and staff who made this joyous holiday party a success!

We need to help the children and change the system so that these children—our children—can grow up with a brighter future.
